Here's an exciting date with the Shadow Tor Paranormal Team in the historic and quite creepy town of Launceston, where we will be investigating The White Hart Hotel. This is new territory for us, joining the Tarosvan Festival of Ghosts Event as 'ghost hunters' for the Saturday night.

The White Hart Hotel is a great location, a historic old coaching inn, with an even older door. The ancient portal doorway was dragged from the ruins of the old priory, and now stands as the grand entrance to the hotel. There are stories of spirits, haunting the bar and hotel rooms. The place has a chilling atmosphere after dark.

7 PM till 1:30 / 2 AM - The evening starts with a two course meal and a drink included. Choose from a delicious traditional carvery or fabulous homecooked curry.

Join us in the festive season, with Yule fast approaching, for a spooky evening of Ghosts and a fabulous Christmas Dinner. Our Paranormal Evening returns this year with a 3-course Christmas dinner, Ghostly Tour, Haunting performance and a late-night Paranormal Investigation at the historic Smugglers Cott Restaurant, Looe.

Haunted Harbour: The Looe Ghost Guide

Come on a journey through the old medieval backstreets of Looe and out across the landscape, on the trail of ghost stories, strange goings on, witchcraft and peculiar history. From phantom carriages, grey ladies, malevolent monks and smuggler ghosts, Looe offers a chilling collection of paranormal tales, old and new.

With maps, vintage photographs, ancient archive documents and guides, Haunted Harbour offers in-sight as you tour both East and West Looe, in person or virtually. Included are haunting sites further afield, such as Kilminorth, with its ancient monument and wiccan spirits, Talland Bay and Lanreath, the site of terror in bygone days, the small village terrorised by ‘ball lightning’ and an angry black cockerel! Tales to amaze and chill the blood, informed by Looe folk, Cornish archives, heritage database, local history books, historic plans and antique maps.
